The HART District in downtown Duluth will be holding a HART Happy Hour on Friday, August 23 from 3-8p. This event will consist of special deals and events going on at several of the businesses between Lake Ave and 4th Ave East.
With the ongoing Superior Street reconstruction in full swing, this is a great opportunity to get downtown, support your local businesses, snag some amazing deals and have a great time!

Duluth Loves Local will also be giving away a free Portside Pass to one lucky person. Punch cards will be available to pick up at each of the eight businesses listed above and participants must get the card stamped at each business in order to qualify. Once they are completed, the cards can be left at the last business visited. No purchase necessary. Winner will be drawn and notified the following week.
